Air Force & DoD Quality of Life Score Cards

Each year the Air Force publishes the State of Military Families which ranks communities based on key quality of life indicators. Specifically, this report focuses on evaluating public education opportunities for military children and military spouse occupational license portability–two areas the Air Force has now included in the strategic basing process. This session will take a deep dive into how this report is produced, what national and local data sets the Air Force uses to inform its analysis and how communities can get involved in the process.
