Energy and water resiliency is a national security issue. Our installations and communities are continually battling impacts of energy and water shortages due to inefficient systems or total failure, and a synchronized and collaborative approach is needed to resolve these issues. This session will discuss ongoing partnerships and relationships that are proving to be effective, as well as present potential funding options that include federal – DoD and other government agencies – and other possible pots of money that can be combined to fund major infrastructure requirements and improvements to support our installations and communities.
