Banshee Workforce Training and Air Force Labs

MassChallenge and organizations at Hanscom Air Force Base Office of the Program Executive Officer for Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence and Networks Digital, and the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapons System program office have entered into a partnership intermediary agreement with the Griffiss Institute through AFRL to deliver two key programs for the Air Force: Air Force Labs and Banshee Training. Through Air Force Labs, MassChallenge provides support to the Air Force to seek high-growth, high-impact “dual use” startups with the potential to solve our greatest national security challenges. The Banshee Workforce Training Program’s objective is to engage airmen in the innovation ecosystem, instilling a more entrepreneurial approach to problem solving developed through expert curriculum, and interactions with startup founders to assist personnel with tools to remove the traditional barriers to collaboration and make impacts at speed.
